1. Mushola/Mosque

For participants and visitors praying, the mosque is available in Lower Lobby. Friday praying will be held at Lower Lobby (should there be a change of place will be informed later).

Location: Lower Lobby, down from void Main Lobby.

2. Smoking Area / Smoking Area

Jakarta Convention Center is a non-smoking area, therefore all smoking activities can only be allowed outside the Jakarta Convention Center area.

3. Dining Area

To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the exhibition, all exhibitors are prohibited from eating and drinking outside the provided dining area. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to eat in the exhibition area, connecting, hallways, tunnel or toilet. Dining areas are located at several points, Selasar Plenary area, both loading dock hall B, connecting tunnel and kasuari Lounge (Lower Lobby)

4. Business Center

Facility with computer facilities online, telephone, fax and others managed by the Jakarta Convention Center. The use of this facility will be charged by JCC. Location Business Center is located in the Main Lobby area. Location: Main Lobby, left of the entrance hall Assembly.

5. Snack Bar

F&B spot managed by Jakarta Convention Center, available around the exhibition area. Location: Spread at some point in the exhibition area.

6. Press Room

Press facility with computer, internet, telephone, fax and copy machines that can be used free of charge for press / journalists who have registered. Location: TBC

7. Press Conference Room

A room equipped with screen, projector and audio system that can be use by exhibitors to hold press conference. Location: TBC

8. Medical Room & Nursery Room

Medical room with standing by medical personnel and nursery room. Location: TBC

9. Emergency Exit

For emergency standard security procedures, organizer provide emergency exit access for instant evacuation process. Location: TBC

10. Fire Extinguisher

Spread around the exhibition area, highly visible for emergencies, with some extra portable Fire Extinguisher substitute where hydrants are not available.

11. Taxi Queue

For easy access to the exhibition venue for exhibitors and visitors, the organizers provide taxi queue. Location: Drop off lobby pre-function hall A.
